Job summary

White Cap seeks an enterprise leader to design, deploy, govern, and continually improve the Customer Delivery Hub operating model. You will establish scalable standards, deployment playbooks, readiness requirements, and field execution plans across markets.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline and 9+ years of experience, including supervisory roles.

• Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification preferred.

Responsible for providing enterprise leadership for the design, deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of White Cap's Customer Delivery Hub operating model. Establishes scalable operating standards, deployment methodologies, readiness requirements, and field execution plans that support consistent implementation across markets. Partners with field and functional leaders to achieve operational readiness, business adoption, stabilization, and targeted customer service, productivity, safety, growth, and financial outcomes.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

• Develops and governs the enterprise CDH operating model, including standard processes, roles, responsibilities, operating rhythms, controls, standard operating procedures, and deployment playbooks.

• Establishes network-wide deployment methods, readiness standards, tollgates, acceptance criteria, and governance requirements.

• Leads end-to-end operational deployment for new CDHs and coordinates cross-functional workstreams.

• Directs readiness reviews and provides transparent go or no-go recommendations based on risks, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.

• Provides visible on-site leadership during activation, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization and relentlessly drives issue resolution and dependable handoff.

• Drives field engagement, training alignment, change adoption, accountability, and ownership of sustained operating performance.

• Analyzes operational performance, customer outcomes, and field feedback and advances improvements in service, productivity, safety, working capital, customer experience, and financial results.

• Integrates lessons learned into enterprise standards, tools, sequencing, and playbooks to increase deployment speed, consistency, and quality.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Nature and Scope

• Problems are typically defined by higher level leadership. Problems are difficult. Solutions require analysis and investigation.

• Decides how to achieve planned results within an organization's plans, policies, and guidelines. May set or change plans/goals within respective department or area.

• May manage department via multiple layers of managers OR directly supervise a staff of professional individual contributors at the senior or technical advisor level.

Work Environment

• Comfortable office environment with occasional exposure to operational sites (e.g., warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing facilities).

• Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about. Occasionally there may be a requirement to stoop or lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).

• Travel requirement of approximately 20-50% for site assessments, team meetings, and project implementation.

Education and Experience

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 9+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management/supervisory capacity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline and generally 10 or more years of progressive related experience.

• Maintains Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related certification.

• Demonstrates experience designing operating models and leading complex multi-functional deployments, facility launches, or network transformations.

• Applies strong operational and financial acumen across labor, fleet, inventory, service, productivity, safety, capital, working capital, and performance management.

• Influences senior leaders and cross-functional partners and drives dependable adoption and accountability in field-based, matrixed environments.

• Uses operational analytics to guide strategic decisions and measurable network improvements.
