Job summary

White Cap seeks an enterprise leader to design, deploy, govern, and continually improve the Customer Delivery Hub operating model. You will establish scalable standards, deployment playbooks, readiness requirements, and field execution plans across markets.

Collaborating with field and functional leaders, you will drive operational readiness, customer service, productivity, safety, growth, and financial outcomes, while providing visible on-site leadership during activation, go-live, and

Qualifications

Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline and 9+ years of experience, including supervisory roles.
Preferred: BS in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads enterprise CDH operating model design and deployment across markets.
Establishes deployment methodologies, readiness requirements, and governance.
Directs end-to-end deployment for new CDHs and coordinates cross-functional workstreams.
Provides go/no-go recommendations based on risks and business needs.
Maintains on-site leadership during activation, go-live, and stabilization.
Drives field engagement, change adoption, and performance accountability.
Analyzes operational performance and drives improvements in service and productivity.
