Job summary

CDW Technologies, LLC is seeking a Delivery Manager – Customer Experience (CX) to provide leadership and operational oversight for Professional Services delivery across regions. You will work with Sales, Solution Architects, and Services teams to ensure strong client outcomes and achievement of financial goals.

You will build relationships with partners and CDW account teams, manage performance, and guide strategic planning with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 7+ years delivering large-scale enterprise solutions with planning, development, implementation and support, or 11+ years with 1+ year in management.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication with ability to present tech recommendations from a business perspective.
• Ability to build relationships across levels, functions, cultures and geographies.
• Proven ability to resolve client, project and personnel challenges effectively.
• Willingness to travel and valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for Professional Services delivery in the assigned region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve delivery and financial goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology partners, CDW account managers, regional managers, architects, and engineers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Services teams, and leadership to maximize financial performance.
• Manage team performance and development while balancing utilization and profitability.
• Ensure team follows best practices in service delivery across solutions and geographies.
• Act as escalation point for issues related to team performance or client satisfaction.
• Build Trusted Partner Network to augment engineering capacity and capabilities.
• Participate in client engagements including sales calls, service estimates, and strategic planning with executives.
