ADUSA Corporate Support in Quincy, MA is seeking a Manager II for CBA Implementation Strategy & Governance to translate negotiated terms into executable business processes and system requirements. You will partner with Labor Relations, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Technology and Compliance to align contracts with capabilities.

The role drives governance and vendor oversight, supports audit activities, and designs standardized controls to reduce risk and improve operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years in benefits administration, labor relations support, HR operations, payroll, or compliance.
Ability to interpret complex contract language and drive governance solutions.
Experience with HR systems configuration, integrations, and reporting.
Strong collaboration across HR, Finance, Legal, Technology and Compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end lifecycle of collectively bargained agreements and implement plans.
Provide strategic consultation to multiple departments to identify risks and impacts.
Serve as liaison across stakeholders, operations, systems, and vendors.
Support governance, audit activities, and vendor controls.
Design standardized processes and documentation for consistent CBA administration.
