Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Manager II CBA Implementation Strategy & Governance to translate collectively bargained benefit agreements into compliant, scalable business processes across the organization. You will liaise with Labor Relations, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Technology and Compliance to identify gaps and ensure governance standards.

The role supports governance, audit activities, and system configuration readiness while driving continuous improvement across core locations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent)
• 7+ years in benefits administration, labor relations support, HR operations, payroll, or compliance
• Ability to translate CBAs into scalable processes and governance
• Experience collaborating across HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Technology, Compliance
• Ability to interpret complex contracts and policy language
• Master's degree in HR/Business Administration (preferred)
• 7+ years in labor relations support or collectively bargained environments

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of CBAs translating terms into executable processes and implementation plans
• Provide strategic consultation to Labor Relations, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Technology, and Compliance
• Serve as liaison across stakeholders to drive alignment and issue resolution
• Support governance, compliance, audit activities including vendor controls and SOC reporting
• Design and standardize processes, controls, and documentation for consistent CBAs administration
• Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, and Technology on system configuration, integration, and reporting
• Monitor outcomes and risks to recommend improvements for efficiency
