Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in benefits administration, labor relations support, HR operations, payroll, compliance, or related areas.
• Ability to interpret complex contract language and translate into scalable processes.
• Strong collaboration across HR, Finance, Technology, Compliance, and external vendors.
• Experience with governance, audit, and vendor oversight activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of collectively bargained agreements and translate terms into executable processes.
• Provide strategic consultation to Labor Relations, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Technology, and Compliance teams.
• Serve as liaison across stakeholders to drive alignment and issue resolution.
• Support governance, compliance, and audit activities including vendor controls and SOC reporting.
• Design and standardize processes, controls, and documentation for consistent CBA administration.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, and Technology on system configuration and reporting.
