Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Manager II CBA Implementation Strategy & Governance to translate collectively bargained agreements into scalable business processes, governance standards, and compliant system configurations. This role collaborates with Labor Relations, HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Technology, and Compliance to minimize risk and ensure accurate policy enforcement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in benefits administration, labor relations support, HR ops, payroll, compliance, or related fields.
• Ability to translate complex contracts into scalable processes and governance.
• Strong collaboration across Labor Relations, HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal and Tech teams.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos/UKG is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate bargained contract terms into executable business processes and implementation plans.
• Provide strategic guidance to multiple departments to identify gaps and risks.
• Liaise across stakeholders to drive alignment and issue resolution.
• Support governance, audit activities, vendor controls, and security reviews.
• Design standardized processes, documentation, and controls for consistent CBAs administration.
• Collaborate on system configuration, integration, reporting, and testing readiness.
• Monitor outcomes and risks to suggest improvements and reduce operational risk.
• Perform additional duties to meet business needs and uphold company values.
