Elior North America is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to join the Constellation team in Miami, FL. The role focuses on sales and marketing of catering services, developing menus, and coordinating the execution of all events with strong customer service and cost control.

You will manage client relationships, prepare proposals and contracts, and supervise catering staff to ensure excellence in service. This position requires leadership, planning, and a customer-focused mindset in a dynamic

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ progressive experience in a sales or catering management role.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities; ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises all catering functions.
• Maintains local client database and builds relationships with vendors.
• Creates operating statements, reports, and operational budgets, and reviews receivables collection.
• Develops and maintains excellent relationships with all associates, clients, and customers.
• Creates proposals, contracts and all event orders.
• Ensures menus and catering materials are professionally prepared and presented.
• Involved in hiring and development of catering staff and training manuals/policies.
• Client venue walkthroughs and third-party event contracting and coordination.
• Coordination of all food-related components for SGWS-related programs and events.
