Job summary

The Elior North America division is seeking an event cook to join the Constellation Commissary team in Miami, FL. You will prepare and present meals for diverse clients during unique events and ensure portions are accurate while following recipes and food safety guidelines.

In this role you will work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, utilize kitchen tools, and provide friendly service. Prior culinary experience and knowledge of standard culinary methods are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume setting, cooking from scratch.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Ability to use kitchen tools and equipment, identify foods, and provide friendly service.

• Preparing and presenting food.
