Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Catering Sales Manager for the Royal Lahaina Resort in Lahaina, HI. You will solicit new catering accounts, entertain and sustain relationships with existing accounts to meet revenue goals, with a focus on weddings and on-property events.

The role requires knowledge of events, strong prospecting skills, and the ability to coordinate client functions to ensure satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field or a 2year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience or a 4year college degree and at least 2 year of related experience.
• Must be skilled in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Proficiency in Delphi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new catering accounts and sustain relationships with existing accounts to meet revenue goals.
• Coordinate and service client functions to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability.
• Develop a full working knowledge of hotel operations and sales policies; meet or exceed sales goals.
