Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Team Leader for Corporate Category Advisory Services. You will guide the enterprise capability that turns data, market understanding, and category insights into influential strategies for the organization and its partners.

You will build talent, modernize capabilities, and partner across functions to shape category strategy, assortment, shelving, and growth decisions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in category management, category advisory, category insights, or related commercial roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and building organizational capability.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate insights into enterprise and BU strategies.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders as a strategic partner.
• Expertise with data, analytics, and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Copilot, AI-enabled capabilities.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and shopper understanding.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, priorities, and operating rhythm for Corporate CAS and lead the team.
• Develop talent, coaching, and differentiated development plans across the team.
• Modernize CAS capabilities in assortment optimization, shelving, AI, and analytics.
• Translate market, consumer, and retailer dynamics into category strategy and activation plans.
• Collaborate with BU, Sales, Shopper Insights, and cross-functional leaders.
• Shape external category storytelling and thought leadership.
