Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Team Leader for Corporate Category Advisory Services to shape enterprise category strategy through data-driven insights. You will lead a cross-functional team, develop talent, and modernize capabilities including AI and analytics to influence retailers and business units.

Hybrid work arrangement with three in-office days, and a focus on mentorship, growth, and influencer-grade category storytelling across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in category management, category advisory, category insights, category development, business intelligence, or related commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, priorities, and operating rhythm for Corporate CAS, ensuring the team delivers category advisory work that influences retail decisions and drives growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop Corporate Category Managers, aligning coverage to BU, customer, and enterprise priorities.
• Modernize CAS capabilities within assortment optimization, shelving leadership, AI, and advanced analytics to build competitive advantage.
• Translate market, consumer, and retailer dynamics into clear strategic choices for BU and Sales leadership.
• Integrate data from Circana, Scintilla, Numerator, Kantar, StoreSight, and Mintel into compelling narratives that influence decisions.
• Influence assortment, shelving, merchandising, and retailer activation by connecting strategy to execution.
