Job summary

Clorox is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to guide the team responsible for executive, commercial, and other business-critical hiring that supports transformation priorities. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into recruiting strategies and proactive pipelines.

You will lead searches, build sourcing and talent intelligence, elevate data-driven decision making, and coach the TA team while aligning with global HR.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, including executive/search in complex orgs.
• 5+ years leading recruiting/sourcing/talent-intelligence teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive and business-critical searches from strategy through close.
• Partner with senior leaders to define success profiles and hiring strategies.
• Build and strengthen proactive sourcing, market mapping, and talent intelligence capabilities.
• Drive data-driven decision making and talent-advisory across the function.
