Job summary

Clorox Company is seeking a Senior Services Manager to provide end-to-end supply chain leadership for a strategic business unit. You will lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, R&D, Finance and more, from charter to delivery, championing stage-gate processes and timely decisions.

You will manage and develop project managers, optimize capacity, and drive initiatives to deliver innovation, cost savings, and supply assurance.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience across multiple disciplines.
2+ years of people management experience preferred.
5+ years with desktop and ERP applications; production/inventory control systems experience.
Experience with demand creation functions interfacing with Marketing, Sales and R&D.
Clorox SBU business knowledge or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver prioritized supply chain change efforts.
Hire, train and develop Associate Project Managers and Project Managers.
Provide management support to optimize capacity and resource allocation.
Develop and maintain a portfolio of initiatives for innovation and cost savings.
Design and implement best practice processes for efficient use of resources.
Drive top-line growth and profitability through complex project leadership.
