Job summary

Clorox is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to head executive, commercial, and other critical hiring aligned with transformation priorities. You will guide strategy, lead select searches, and partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into proactive pipelines.

You will build and elevate sourcing, talent intelligence, and data-driven decision-making across TA, while coaching a team to deliver strong hiring outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Executive search and strategic recruiting experience in complex orgs.
• Strong talent intelligence, market mapping and pipeline building.
• Experience partnering with C-suite and HR leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive and business-critical searches from strategy to close.
• Provide leadership and direction for high-impact confidential searches.
• Develop proactive pipelines and market insights for priority roles.
• Advise leaders with data-driven talent recommendations.
• Build scalable sourcing practices and strengthen talent intelligence.
• Coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team and partners.
