Job summary

The Clorox Company seeks a Customer Supply Chain Manager (CSCM) to own end‑to‑end service, cost, cash, and growth for assigned customers within Clorox Logistics. You will integrate Logistics with Sales, IBP, and Finance, using data‑driven insights to drive clear trade‑offs and faster decisions.

In this hybrid role, you will analyze cost‑to‑serve, partner with Finance on forecasting, and lead cross‑functional teams to improve OTIF, inventory health, and working capital while delivering measurable

Qualifications

7+ years in supply chain, logistics, or customer operations in a CPG/retail environment.
Strong analytical capability; ability to turn data into clear decisions.
Proven experience with cost‑to‑serve analysis and trade‑offs.
Ability to communicate service, cost, cash, and growth impacts to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end customer supply chain performance across order‑to‑cash, including service, inventory, cost‑to‑serve, fines, cash, and compliance outcomes.
Act as the primary supply chain integrator for assigned customers, connecting Sales, IBP, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and external partners.
Lead cost‑to‑serve analytics and translate insights into actionable actions.
Represent Logistics in cross‑functional decision forums with clear ownership and accountability.
