Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Process Engineer in the United States (Wisconsin/Northwoods Beach area) to analyze and optimize ductile iron casting processes and drive efficiency.

You will run MAGMA simulations, lead root-cause investigations, and collaborate with production and quality teams to implement robust process controls. A Foundry background and a Bachelor's degree in engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Two+ years of hands-on process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Foundry background with ductile iron casting, process simulation, or continuous improvement a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize ductile iron casting processes to improve yield, quality and consistency.
• Run casting simulations in MAGMA to validate process changes before they hit the floor.
• Lead root cause investigations on process deviations and drive corrective action to close them out.
• Partner with production and quality teams to hold process control across every shift.
• Support new product launches, testing and validation from a process standpoint.
• Bring new technology and process improvements into daily operations.
