Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize ductile iron casting processes to improve yield, quality and consistency.
• Run casting simulations in MAGMA to validate process changes before production.
• Lead root-cause investigations on process deviations and drive corrective action.
• Partner with production and quality to hold process control across every shift.
• Support new product launches, testing and validation from a process standpoint.
• Bring new technology and process improvements into daily operations.
