Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a team-oriented professional to support the Players Club department. You will assist with enrollment into the Unity by Hard Rock Rewards program, supervise Representatives, and help coordinate promotions and guest services on the casino floor.

The role requires strong customer service skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to communicate clearly in English. Flexible shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some customer service experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with enrolling members into the Unity by Hard Rock Rewards program.
• Supervise Players Club Representatives and coordinate Daily operations of Players Club centers.
• Promote loyalty program benefits and current promotions to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, comp issuance, and guest relations.
• Address guest questions, redemptions, and special requests with professional service.
