Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in cash application or accounts payable, preferably in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Post daily cash receipts (lockbox, wire, ACH) within deadlines.
• Balance daily cash.
• Analyze customer payment history as needed.
• Process customer refunds and invoices.
• Assist with Form 1099s filing.
• Maintain internal controls and assist audits.
• Respond to internal/external requests to resolve issues.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
