You will staff caseloads, perform audits, prepare reports, and network with VA centers and community partners to expand services and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Staff caseloads with Case Managers and stay updated on issues.
• Provide quality assurance and regulatory compliance to client files.
• Submit monthly program reports and ad hoc reports as requested.
• Maintain HMIS data quality and timely entry of services and notes.
• Build relationships with VA Medical Centers, HUD-VASH, landlords, and providers.
• Promote the program at community groups and meetings.
