Volunteers of America Colorado seeks a Supervisory Case Manager to oversee advocacy, crisis intervention, and support services. The role coordinates with funders, ensures program objectives are met, and supervises staff, volunteers, and interns.

You’ll collaborate with community partners supporting Colorado’s most vulnerable citizens. The position emphasizes outreach, compliance with funder requirements, and engagement with program participants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or a closely related field.
• 1 year of direct, full-time case management experience.
• Ability to meet program compliance and administrative requirements.
• Ability to lead teams of human service professionals.
• Driver’s license with state-mandated automobile insurance, and own vehicle for work travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee advocacy, crisis intervention, and coordination with funding sources.
• Ensure program meets objectives and delivers high-quality services.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff, volunteers, and interns; supervise up to 3 direct reports.
• Conduct outreach with the team and promote VOA resources to community stakeholders.
• Act as liaison to community agencies and maintain program compliance.
