Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Supervisory Case Manager to oversee advocacy, crisis intervention, and coordination with funding sources. The role includes supervising staff, volunteers, and interns, and ensuring high-quality services while meeting program objectives.

The position requires driving coordination with community partners, ongoing interactions with program participants, and adherence to agency policies.

Qualifications

• Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

• High level of competency working with Microsoft Office suite and cloud-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees advocacy, crisis intervention, support services, and coordination with funding sources.
• Ensures program objectives are met and compliance with funder requirements and agency policy.
• Recruiting, training, supervising, and scheduling staff, volunteers, and interns (up to 3 direct reports).
• Conducts outreach with the team and partners with community agencies.
• Promotes VOA resources and services to community stakeholders.
