Job summary

WestCare is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee the STOP program, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and compliance with agency guidelines. You will manage a large caseload, coordinate services across multiple partners, and lead staff to deliver effective interventions.

The role requires 2–3 years of case management, supervisory experience, and familiarity with criminal justice populations. CPR/First Aid and TB test are expected, with vaccination requirements as applicable.

Qualifications

• Two to three years case management experience.
• One year supervisory experience.
• Experience with the criminal justice population and knowledge of the culture of criminality.
• Must have the ability to obtain a prison clearance.
• Must be able to pass a criminal history background screening.
• CPR and First Aid certifications and an annual TB test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day functions of the STOP Program.
• Audit active participant files for completeness per WestCare guidelines.
• Coordinate services across multiple agencies.
• Schedule site visits and institutional presentations.
• Supervise Community Service Coordinators and conduct weekly staff meetings.
• Prepare reports and travel to community-based providers.
• Hire, evaluate, and train STOP staff under Director supervision.
