Job summary

Westcare in North Highlands, California, is seeking a Case Manager to manage a large caseload of participants in the STOP Program. Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience working with the criminal justice population.
• One year case management experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain and maintain WestCare’s vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Case management of a large caseload of participants released from prison.
• Provide heavy documentation and coordinate various services.
• Travel to Community Based Providers.

Skills

Education

Graduation from an accredited four-year college

High School diploma or its equivalent
