Job summary

WestCare California Inc in North Highlands, CA is seeking a Supervisor for the STOP Program to oversee day-to-day case management, supervise staff, coordinate services across agencies, and ensure compliance with WestCare guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in case management, 1 year of supervisory experience, familiarity with criminal justice populations, strong documentation and computer skills, and must obtain prison clearance and pass a background check; CPR/First Aid certification

Qualifications

• Two to three years case management experience.
• One year supervisory experience.
• Experience with the criminal justice population and knowledge of the culture of criminality.
• Must be able to obtain a prison clearance.
• Must pass a criminal history background screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day functions of the STOP Program.
• Oversee staff and coordinate scheduling and site visits.
• Audit participant files for completeness and compliance with WestCare guidelines.
• Prepare reports and communicate with partner agencies.
• Travel to community-based providers and participate in trainings.
