Job summary

Westcare is seeking a Case Manager to oversee a large caseload of participants from substance abuse programs. You'll manage case documentation, coordinate services, and travel to Community Based Providers.

The ideal candidate has experience in the criminal justice system and preferably a degree in related fields such as Psychology or Social Work. Strong organizational and documentation skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience with criminal justice population.
• One year case management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large caseload of participants from prison substance abuse programs.
• Coordinate services across various agencies.
• Travel to Community Based Providers.
