Job summary

The Ward Law Group in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our Personal Injury team. You will guide clients through early case stages, ensuring exceptional support while moving claims toward resolution.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as Personal Injury Case Manager in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Experience handling bodily injury claims, pre-litigation case management, property damage claims, PIP, medical records and bills, and claims/subrogation.
• Proficiency with Litify, Salesforce, or similar case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury clients from intake through case progression.
• Identify cases eligible for Full Demand, Quick Demand, or Global Demand and submit to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate adjuster and insurance information; document all case activity in Litify.
