Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of plaintiff personal injury case management experience.
• Experience handling BI claims, no-fault, UM/SUM.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage 80–120 personal injury cases with quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurers, and attorneys.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in Litify and other systems.
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish.
• Monitor case progress and drive timely resolutions.
