Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our Case Management team across US offices. Working under attorneys, you will manage complex matters, draft documents, analyze information, and coordinate with clients, co-counsel, and vendors to deliver high-quality work.

You will mentor staff, supervise budgets, and develop processes to improve efficiency while maintaining client relationships. A minimum of 10 years as a paralegal in a law firm is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or related field.
• 10+ years as a paralegal in a law firm.
• Hands-on firm experience and client coordination.
• Ability to lead teams across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee case assistants, paralegals, and attorneys.
• Mentor and SME to associates.
• Train team members and business professionals.
• Interact with clients as primary point of contact.
• Develop checklists and tracking systems to improve efficiency.
