Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience as a Paralegal in a firm setting.
• Strong experience in managing complex cases and coordinating with multiple parties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge of cases to ensure accurate tracking and workflow design.
• Leads case assistants, paralegals, and attorneys; coordinates tasks and documents.
• Manages budgets and client relationships within firm parameters.
• Interacts extensively with clients and external counsel as primary point of contact.
