Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field with two years of direct social service experience.
• Excellent understanding of challenges faced by homeless and special needs populations.
• Strong case management methodologies and organizational skills.
• Commitment to NAICA mission and ability to collaborate with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to Housing, Employment, and Intake Specialists.
• Coordinate housing, DHS/HRA-related appointments, and packet preparation.
• Conduct chart audits to ensure OTDA and DHS compliance.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports and participate in case conferences.
• Plan community outreach and liaise with external agencies.
• Manage a caseload and oversee discharge and post-care planning.
