NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION FOR INTER CULTURAL AFFAIRS INC is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor to lead the Social Services team in a transitional housing program in the New York City area. The role focuses on directing case management, developing ILPs and discharge plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The supervisor will oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, while coordinating housing placement, employment support, and wraparound services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• One year of direct supervisory experience in social/homeless services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CARES database.
• Bilingualism preferred (Spanish, French, Creole, or other languages).

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Case Managers in developing ILPs, discharge plans, and follow-up care coordination.
• Oversee recruitment, supervision, and performance evaluations of social services staff.
• Ensure compliance with DHS, OTDA, and contractual requirements.
• Provide direct crisis intervention and emergency response as needed.
• Coordinate housing placement, employment support, and wraparound services.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and maintain supervisory case notes.
