Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human/Social Services, Psychology, or related field required.
• Master's Degree in Social Work preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working with homeless and/or low and mixed-income populations required.
• Specialty in substance abuse and mental health issues.
• Knowledge of crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution techniques.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Case Managers to support professional development.
• Ensure building standards and conduct wellness checks and unit inspections.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to address resident barriers.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to develop cost-effective care plans.
• Coordinate a range of services to meet client needs.
• Maintain records and prepare clear reports.
• Explain DHS regulations and service programs to clients.
• Provide counseling and advocacy for clients.
• Develop and implement case treatment plans and train staff.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human/Social Services, Psychology, or related field

Master's Degree in Social Work (preferred)
