Job summary

Department of Economic Security (DES) in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Case Manager 2 to join the Division of Developmental Disabilities. The role involves developing and monitoring Person-Centered Service Plans and coordinating services to support individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
