Department of Economic Security in Arizona is seeking a Case Manager 3 for the Targeted Unit in the Division of Developmental Disabilities. The position is based at 3274 Bob Drive, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314, with a salary of $53,000 – $55,000 and a closing date of October 7, 2026.

This role requires RN licensure or a relevant bachelor's degree with at least one year of case management experience for individuals with disabilities or serious mental illness; requires a valid driver’s license and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Behavioral Science or related field.
• Experience providing case management services to elderly and/or disabled or those with serious mental illness.
• Must meet driving and background check requirements for state positions.

Responsibilities

• Drive to members’ homes/school/sites to assess needs and build relationships.
• Develop, review, and monitor Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSP).
• Facilitate meetings and referrals for services.
• Collaborate with community agencies to support members and families in crisis.
• Write progress notes and maintain case records; attend meetings and trainings.
