Job summary

Department of Economic Security (DES) in Prescott Valley seeks a Case Manager Unit Supervisor to lead a staff team, coordinate Individual Support Plans, and ensure timely, quality service delivery for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes supervision, case review, and cross-agency collaboration within the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).

Qualifications

• Requires Arizona RN license or equivalent social work degree with case management experience.
• Must meet AHCCCS contract requirements and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a unit of professional staff and provide training.
• Review cases and ensure ISP/ISPs meet needs within timelines.
• Attend and facilitate district meetings and cross-agency coordination.
• Identify changes to Individual/Family Support Plans and coach staff.
• Review expenditures and prepare case-related reports and projects.
