Qualifications

• 1,500 hours of experience in CSP or 3,000 hours working with severe mental illness.
• State of Wisconsin LCSW or LPC required or ability to obtain within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage a case load and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and manage symptoms.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Skills

Knowledge of assessment and treatment of persons with serious and persistent mental illness

Ability to plan and organize work effectively

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Education
