Community Care seeks caring individuals to provide community integration for adults coping with mental health symptoms. The role includes case management consultation, skill teaching, development of strategies to reduce family stress, and advocacy/coordination for service needs to reduce cycles of instability in the lives of those affected by mental illness.

Minimum qualifications include a High School diploma and MHRT/C certification (provisional acceptable); at least one year of experience
