Job summary

Community Assistance Network in Maryland seeks a Full-Time Shelter Case Manager Supervisor to oversee case management services at the Westside Men’s Shelter. The role delivers comprehensive direct services, supports residents, and guides the work of frontline case managers.

You will coordinate with health, education, welfare and community partners, prepare reports, and help develop service plans while aligning with shelter policies. LMSW licensure and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum LMSW license required.
• Maryland driver's license with reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, and monitors individual cases and develops service plans.
• Provides crisis prevention and intervention services and coordinates with professionals.
• Acts as liaison between health, education, welfare and community agencies.
• Maintains case files and reports; facilitates meetings and conference participation.
• Works with Shelter Manager and Assistant Manager on policies, staffing, and resident matters.
