Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human/social services, psychology or related field required.
• Master's degree in social work preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working with homeless and/or low- and mixed-income populations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Case Managers; promote professional development.
• Ensure building standards are met and participate in wellness checks and inspections.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident barriers.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to develop cost-effective care plans.
• Develop support systems by coordinating services for clients.
• Evaluate risk and determine need for immediate intervention.
• Prepare and present training and educational programs/workshops.
• Perform monthly file audits and implement corrective action plans.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human/Social Services, Psychology, or related field

Master's Degree in Social Work preferred
