Responsibilities

• Generates, mails and/or publishes memos to the Dispute Resolution Services portal.
• Coordinates, schedules, and notifies parties and arbitrators of conference calls and hearings.
• Maintains electronic and physical files and prepares documents for storage.
• Inputs case notes and hearing dates into the processing system.
