Job summary

Redwood Logistics is seeking an Experienced Carrier Sales and Operations Representative in Dallas, TX. You will identify, source, and develop strong carrier relationships, negotiate freight rates, and support Redwood's operations excellence in a fast-paced, onsite environment with hybrid follow-up after training.

3+ years in a Carrier Sales role within logistics.

Responsibilities

Identify, source, and develop carrier relationships to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate freight rates with motor carriers to optimize margins.
Maintain carrier profiles and support Redwood operations and sales opportunities.
Coordinate shipments and resolve issues during transit to ensure on-time delivery.
Provide service to motor carriers and ensure payables accuracy and timely billing.
Track shipments and monitor for delays, taking proactive actions.
Develop new capacity and relationships to support customer sales opportunities.
