Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2-3 years of finance OR transportation/logistics experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration/Management, Communication, OR Transportation/Logistics.
• 3-4 years of finance experience OR transportation/logistics experience.
• AND 3-4 years accounting/payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads talent identification, development, performance, and overall management for a carrier payables team.
• Communicates and escalates issues resulting in lost revenue or payment delays.
• Identifies process improvements and automations to boost efficiencies.
• Contributes to Carrier Payables projects and initiatives.
• Responsible for large settlements and collaboration with legal & risk management.
• Manages audits, disputes, and responses with internal/external stakeholders.
• Leads budgeting and produces accurate budget/expense reports.
• Delivers updates to stakeholders and handles financial reporting duties.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration/Management, Communication, OR Transportation/Logistics
