J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. in Lowell, Arkansas, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage the application of charges for invoicing and resolve billing issues with customers.

Under routine supervision, you will handle accurate invoicing, apply payments, audit bills, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and meet organizational goals. This role is full-time and on-site at JB Hunt facilities.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years education/experience.
• Associates degree in Finance, Business Administration/Management, Communication, Transportation Logistics, or related field with 1-2 years experience.

Responsabilidades

• Accurate and timely invoicing.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints regarding accessorial billing processes and billing issues.
• Direct the application of customer payments to outstanding invoices.
• Manage receivables including auditing, balance dues, and revenue adjustments.
• Obtain missing or incomplete documentation to meet billing requirements.
• Contact customer for payment status and reduce outstanding AR.
• Set up automated aging reports and audit billed charges for validity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and plans.
