Job summary

Crown Castle is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop and execute sales strategies for key Carrier accounts (T-Mobile). You will lead internal deal creation, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive revenue, margins, and service growth across assigned regions.

The role requires seven+ years in telecom sales or related client-facing roles, strong negotiation skills, and a market-aware mindset. Hybrid work is available with travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven+ years in telecom sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Successful track record in prospecting, negotiation, and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to leverage market intelligence for sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned accounts, understanding client initiatives and budgets.
• Lead internal deal creation processes and secure required approvals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate sales plans and account updates.
• Aim to achieve Weekly Pipeline Injection, Monthly Cash Commencement, and Quarterly Service Revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and upsell opportunities within client base.
