Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• 5 years in career consulting or related field required.
• 5 years in coaching and developing professionals preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides 1-on-1 and group career coaching to undergraduates to aid exploration, decision making, and internships or full-time employment.
• Develops and delivers workshops and programs for career planning and development.
• Supports career education classes and coordinates events with UCS and campus partners.
• Cultivates relationships with employers and faculty to foster partnerships.
