Indiana University Kelley School of Business seeks an Executive Director to lead graduate career services across residential and online programs. You will shape coaching, programming, alumni engagement, and employer relations, leveraging data and technology to advance student outcomes while aligning with Kelley priorities.

The role oversees staff, budgets, partnerships, and governance, driving inclusive access and scalable services for diverse student populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, counseling, or related field required.
• 5 years in career services and 3 years of management experience.
• Preferred 8 years of progressively responsible experience in career services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead professional staff and manage the operating budget for graduate career services.
• Design service models for residential and online graduate students across locations.
• Build a cohesive, high-performing organization with data-driven outcomes.
• Set a multi-year vision for innovative graduate career services and programs.
• Collaborate with technology, events, and operations to improve student outcomes.
