Indiana University Bloomington's Kelley School of Business seeks an advisor to support study abroad initiatives for undergraduate students. You will provide academic guidance, coordinate advising, and help students plan international experiences aligned with their goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, social work, public affairs, counseling, business, international studies, or related field.
• 2 years in student services, higher education, or related field.
• Master's degree in higher education, student affairs, or related field preferred.
• Experience studying abroad is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides academic advising on study abroad options for undergraduate students in the Kelley School of Business.
• Teaches and guides students to explore global opportunities, assesses abilities, and plans study programs.
• Assists in planning study abroad courses and incorporating international experiences into the academic program.
• Develops and implements advising and pre-departure orientation programs for study abroad students.
• Maintains knowledge of offerings across programs and explains curriculum requirements to students.
