Job summary

Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in Bloomington is seeking an Executive Director to provide enterprise leadership for graduate career services, integrating strategy across career coaching, development, programming, alumni engagement, networking, technology, and outcome measurement for all Kelley graduate programs.

You will lead a large, cross-functional team, manage budgets, strengthen employer and alumni relationships, and drive innovative services that improve student outcomes

Qualifications

• 5 years in career services, business, human resources, counseling, or related field.
• 3 years of management experience in related field.
• Preferred: 8 years of progressively responsible experience in career services, talent, higher education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Contributes on senior leadership teams to formulate strategic planning and the highest-level operational objectives for career services areas.
• Directs leadership staff who provide supervision to career services teams.
• Stays up-to-date on new career services standards, technologies, policies, and procedures and works collaboratively with other career services leaders across departments and/or campuses.
